Improve efficiency, free up time and create the environment that will support you. Managing busy lives is a challenge for everyone. Focus Not Frenzy: Time Management for Home Staging Professionals, featuring the Time Management Process is developed by June Carter, a Home Stager for Home Stagers. It is a thought process that will co-exist with the training of actual staging while holistically strengthening the Home Stager’s business and personal life.
One aspect of a Home Stager’s training is finding the path to make it all manageable and still be fun. The Time Management Process aligns priorities by defining the important and the urgent. We frequently fall into the trap of believing that all urgent activities are also important. We are inclined to focus on what is pressing at the moment. The goal is to be motivated when there isn’t a deadline looming. This change is a creative thought process that will grow stronger with use over time.
Through exercises using the course handouts, the attendees will personally create their own time management experience. Real-life examples of Home Staging and hands-on experience make the information in this presentation easy to use and applicable on an ongoing daily basis for Home Stagers

She has moved within the worlds of corporations and creativity. Her experience inside major corporations such as AIG, NBC, Steelcase, Knoll and 3form provided June the right forums for problem solving, design and business. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, June’s career as a Certified Professional Organizer and an Accredited Staging Professional Master is the result of the combined ability to be creative, provide spatial solutions, increase productivity, apply Professional Organizing skills, finesse sales and set priorities.
June is a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO), an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM), Certified Accredited Staging Professional instructor for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), the Home Stager Coach for the IAHSP Coaching program and a graduate of the Coach Approach for Organizers Foundation Coach training program.

Barbara Heil-Sonneck is the Owner and Creative Director of Design2Sell, a lifestyle home staging company serving the Metro Atlanta area. Coming from a corporate background and having “reinvented” herself several times, Barbara utilizes her diverse experience and love for travel to create a unique experience for her clients. She frequents real estate firms around Atlanta, attending team meetings and holding continuing education classes to educate realtors on the benefits of home staging. Jennie Norris is the Chairwoman for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®), helping to guide the Home Staging industry and providing leadership worldwide. With over 4,000 members, IAHSP® is the world’s largest and longest-running professional home staging industry association. In 2003, she started the first IAHSP® Regional Chapter and helped launch over 150 member chapters to date to help provide members with local resources for networking and sharing. In her role as IAHSP® Chairwoman, she initiated the first collaboration with industry leaders from other staging organizations to help bring the industry closer and provide more ideas and resources for all members. She is currently leading the process of establishing industry standards for professional Home Stagers to help better educate our core client base and the public. Jennie also runs the IAHSP® Foundation, raising funds annually for Worldwide Staging Service Week® (WWSSW®) where members give back to their communities, donating their time, energy and resources to a deserving entity or individual.

Jennie is an avid blogger, social media and marketing expert. She received a degree in Psychology with a Biology emphasis from UCLA and provided Marketing and Sales for large environmental engineering companies that oversaw the remediation of some of the nation’s largest Superfund sites. When she had the first of four children (a girl and 3 boys), she left the corporate world and found her way into Staging through a desire to earn income doing something using her creative talents while also giving her flexibility to raise her family. Jennie and her husband of nearly 32 years, John, currently live in Littleton, CO with their 4 children living at home or nearby. Her daughter, an ASP® Stager, works with her on her Sensational Home Staging team and her oldest son, a REALTOR®, works with her husband in real estate. The other two boys are completing school and have expressed a desire to work in the family businesses.

As a photographer I am fascinated by the City of London, its energy, beauty and modern architecture, which are all refelected in my photography.
Property photography is my signature service. In 2009 I launched „Aga Engelien Studio“ and I organised several photography and modern art exhibitions.
I worked with a select groups of interior designers to document their various projects including Savills UK, Atelier ADA Ltd., Kochwerk ltd.
I graduated with a degree in graphic design from Shillington College in 2019. Prior to that, I complited an advanced course in photography at the London School of Photography and a contemporary art curator course at the Chelsea School of Art.
